The Technology Program was founded in 2001

The initial programs offered were Cisco Networking, Computer Repair, VisualBasic, and C++. The Program was funded by a generous donation from Affina. Over the years, the courses have changed, but the philosophy remains the same, offer curriculum to meet the needs of the business community. Online Learning-Pilot 
 
Over the summer of 2007, the Technology Program has been piloting a new course offering that will allow students enroll in the Cisco Networking course and remain at their home school.
 
It is proposed that the courses may be offered to all schools in the Peoria Educational Region for the 2008-9 school Year.
 
This course is ofered as a dual credit course in association with Illinois Central College.
